At St Matthew's, Seesaw is primarily used as a way to communicate with families and keep them in the loop on the learning their child is doing at school. Students add posts to Seesaw that they are proud of in a self-directed way, as well as work their teacher has assigned.
Homework or tasks will be uploaded to Seesaw and these can then be saved onto each child's portfolio and kept as a record of their homework.
Although communication is possible, Seesaw is primarily for academic purposes therefore any issues regarding attendance should still be sent to the office.
